Return & Refund Policy

At Crafted with Love NJ, many of our products are handmade, made to order, or customized specifically for you. Because our products are handmade, minor imperfections, slight variations, or small blemishes may occur. These characteristics are a natural part of handmade products and are not considered defects or damage.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error made by Crafted with Love NJ.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the item may be required so we can determine the appropriate resolution.

Approved Returns, Replacements & Remakes

If Crafted with Love NJ approves an item to be returned for a replacement, remake, or other resolution, the item must be returned within 14 days of the date the return was approved.

Items not returned within this 14-day period will no longer be eligible for return, replacement, remake, or refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error made by Crafted with Love NJ, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must be returned in their original condition. Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

Sale, clearance, custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
